We describe a case of severed and steroid-resistant limbal vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) with deficient stem cells, papillary hypertrophies, its pattern management topical eye drops tacrolimus (TAC) interferon alpha-2b (IFN- ∝ 2b) .
